K Collection Hanging Wardrobe Dehumidifier Bags provide a simple and convenient way to help control excess moisture in wardrobes, cupboards and other enclosed spaces. Each bag contains 210g of moisture-absorbing crystals that naturally draw moisture from the surrounding air without requiring electricity, batteries or complicated installation. As moisture is absorbed, the crystals gradually dissolve and the captured liquid collects securely in the transparent lower chamber, making it easy to see the product working. The integrated hanging hook allows each dehumidifier to be positioned conveniently amongst clothing or within suitable cupboards and storage areas while taking up minimal space. By helping control excess moisture, the bags can help reduce condensation, damp conditions and musty odours while supporting a fresher environment for clothing, shoes and stored belongings. They are suitable for use around the home as well as in caravans, motorhomes, utility areas and other enclosed moisture-prone spaces. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. 

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will check it and if everything is okay. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
